Apple Collect & Return Repair Service for In and Out of Warranty Macs

Group 8 offer a 'Next Day' (Monday to Friday) Collection & Delivery Service for your repair, with the assistance of our premier courier partner, UPS.

We can collect from & deliver to any UK Post Code - it doesn't even have to be the same for both.

The majority of our workshop repairs are turned around within a week. Once a repair is complete, we not only test for the original fault reported but also carry out an extensive testing procedure covering all hardware components of the computer.

If you do not have the original packaging for your Apple portable computer, don't worry, we can supply the relevant packaging.

The cost of this service is:

Portable Mac £20.00 (ex VAT) excluding packaging*
Portable Mac £30.00 (ex VAT) including packaging

We can also offer this service for Desktop Macs as long as they are in their original packaging:

Desktop Mac £30.00 (ex VAT) excluding packaging*

Out of Warranty Repairs will incur a £30.00 (EX VAT) diagnosis fee.

* Insurance cover may be invalidated if any part of the original packaging is missing

Once you have made your booking, an agent will call (between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday) to confirm your booking and take credit card details to cover the relevant service.
