Group 8 are an Apple Authorised Service Provider and are the UK Market leader in specialist Apple Computer Support and Maintenance with many years of experience in the Apple Computer arena.

Established in 2002 and based just outside London on the Kent Surrey borders, we provide Mac hardware and software support, repairs, consultancy and maintenance services to our customers. Our clients range from leading edge Creative Agencies to Educational and Corporate organisations. Over the last decade we have been Apple Computer’s sole partner for the UK Collect & Return Service for portable computers covered by Applecare.

Our success is built on a mixture of experience, expertise and good old customer service.

All Mac Support Agreements are tailored to suit your requirements

Our Apple Authorised team of technicians will be available as your Mac IT Department, allowing you to focus on your own area of expertise. You will have quick access to our Mac experts via a secure remote session.

We are able to connect to your computer to troubleshoot and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.  This is backed up with telephone and onsite support.

Our agreements cover hardware, Mac OS/iOS, Mac Server, day to day administration, comms and common application software support. We also include consultancy and advice plus health checks to keep your Macs running at their optimum.

In addition to all of this, we will pro-actively monitor your servers and backups, keeping your infrastructure stable.

We understand how important your Mac is to you. In our purpose built workshop, our Apple Authorised Technicians complete repairs quickly and efficiently, to get our clients back up and running – ensuring happy customers with quality service.

We get your MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro or Mac mini up and running whether in or out of warranty.  If you’re not sure of the warranty status, don’t worry, we’re happy to check for you.

If your Mac is in need of a performance boost, we can advise on how to get the best from it with a memory or SSD upgrade.

All workshop repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. We don’t only check for the issue that has been reported, we run Apple diagnostics that examine your Mac’s hardware to ensure it’s healthy.

Collect & Return

Nationwide Collect & Return Service for in and out of Warranty Apple Mac Repairs

Group 8 offer a nationwide Collect & Return Service for your Mac repairs, with the assistance of our premier courier partner, UPS.

We can collect from and deliver your Macbook repair to any UK Post Code – it doesn’t even have to be the same for both. All Collect & Return repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. We not only check for the issue that has been reported, we run Apple diagnostics that examine your Mac’s hardware to ensure it’s healthy. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the repair process.

Thrown away your box? Don’t worry, we’ll supply the packaging for your Macbook as part of the service.
