Group 8 are an Apple Authorised Service Provider and are the UK Market leader in specialist Apple Computer Support and Maintenance with many years of experience in the Apple Computer arena.

Established in 2002 and based just outside London on the Kent Surrey borders, we are an Apple Authorised Service Provider who provide Mac hardware and software support, repairs, consultancy and maintenance services to our customers. Our clients range from leading edge Creative Agencies to Educational and Corporate organisations. Over the last decade we have been Apple Computer’s sole partner for the UK Collect & Return Service for portable computers covered by Applecare.

Our success is built on a mixture of experience, expertise and good old customer service.

Our Apple Authorised team of technicians will be available as your Mac IT Department, allowing you to focus on your own area of expertise. You will have quick access to our Mac experts via a secure remote session.

We are able to quickly connect to your computer to troubleshoot and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.  This is backed up with telephone and onsite support.

Our support agreements cover hardware, Mac OS/iOS, Mac OS X Server, day to day administration including email and calendering, comms and common application software support. We also include consultancy and advice plus health checks to keep your Macs running at their optimum.

In addition to all of this, we will pro-actively monitor your servers and backups, keeping your infrastructure stable.

We’ll get your Apple MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro or Mac mini repaired and up and running whether in or out of warranty.  If you’re not sure of the warranty status, don’t worry, we’re happy to check for you. Feel free to email us before you come in if you have any queries or simply drop in with your device anytime between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

There’s no need to take your Mac to a high street store – let our Collect & Return Service take the legwork out of getting your Mac repaired, we can collect from and deliver to any UK postcode.

We understand how important your Mac is to you. In our purpose built workshop, our Apple Authorised Technicians complete Mac repairs quickly and efficiently, using genuine Apple parts, to get our clients back up and running – ensuring happy customers with quality service.

If your Mac is in need of a performance boost, we can advise on how to get the best from it with a memory, SSD or hard drive upgrade.

All workshop repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. We don’t only check for the issue that has been reported, we run Apple diagnostics on your Apple Device, to ensure that your device is functioning correctly.

We charge a diagnosis fee of £35 excl VAT for out of warranty repairs and our hourly labour rate is £70 excl VAT.

Whether your phone is in or out of warranty, we’ll use only genuine Apple parts to get it back up and running again.

If your iPhone display is cracked or the battery isn’t retaining it’s charge, drop it in to us for a replacement.

All repairs include the running of Apple’s diagnostics to check that all components in your iPhone are functioning correctly before we return it to you.

If your time is precious and you don’t want the hassle of dropping your phone off to us, let our Collect & Return Service do the legwork for you.

The pricing below is for the most common issues. If your iPhone has a hardware fault outside of those listed below, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Nationwide Apple Authorised Collect & Return Service for in and out of Warranty Apple Repairs

Group 8 offer a nationwide Collect & Return Service for Apple repairs, with a one hour collection/delivery window via DPD, the delivery experts or via premier courier partner UPS. If your Apple product is covered by Applecare, please contact us to arrange collection.

If you need an iMac, MacBook, Mac Pro, iPhone, iPad or Mac mini repaired, please click the “Book a Repair” button below to log it.

We can collect from and deliver back to any UK Post Code – it doesn’t even have to be the same for both. All Collect & Return repairs include a comprehensive check once the repair is complete. We not only check for the issue that has been reported, we run Apple diagnostics that examine your Apple product’s hardware to ensure it’s healthy. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the repair process.

Packaging is included as part of the service.
